11+ Tutoring
Short or long term tuition centred around the needs of the individual. I provide the opportunity for the student to feel comfortable and familiar with the different aspects of the 11+ exam.
KS2 Tutoring
KS2 SATs play a significant role in helping secondary schools create future predictions. I help students prepare for the SATs; providing assistance with areas of difficulty as well as the opportunity to try a range of different questions empowering students to feel comfortable and confident in sitting the exams.
KS2 Literacy & Numeracy Support
Lots of students will find aspects of numeracy and literacy difficult at some point in their primary education. I can provide a comfortable learning environment which will enable them to make the progress they need whilst building on their confidence to ensure future resilience.
Homework Support
Homework is an expected extension of the school learning experience, however, it can be problematic at times. Whether homework is an issue due to low confidence, time constraints or the simple fact that it causes some negativity at home – I can help!
Revision Guidance
If revision for GCSEs or A levels is causing stress and anxiety before the exams even start, I can assist with designing a manageable revision timetable and exploring a range of different revision techniques which will help make the task ahead less daunting.
GCSE & A level History
I offer History tuition to GCSE and A level standard. Working alongside the student I will identify ways to help develop subject knowledge and the skills necessary to achieve progression.
